2. We are a shower company. Currently, we are having troubles with water spots on our glass. All our glass fabrication processes are done in one day, including cutting, polishing and drilling. However, we are still having this issue with water spots remaining on the glass. Any advice is appreciated.

We have a lot of storms and rough temperature changes in the area. What are the things I should consider due to these factors? And what role does the environment play in the tempering process in general?

The temperature differences can affect the tempering process. When the surrounding conditions are cold, you don’t really need very high quenching pressures to achieve the same kind of results. When there’s any variation in the temperatures, it is good to check the fragmentation as often as you can. During the stormy weather conditions, make sure that the blower does not suck in the dust. You should check your wash machine and make sure that it is washing and drying the glass properly. If we have some wet glass on the loading table or any kind of dust on the glass, it might not disappear in the heating process and you’ll have this kind of defect after tempering.
