No entanto, alguns fabricantes de linhas de t\u00eampera fazem alega\u00e7\u00f5es de economia de energia que parecem boas demais para ser verdade. Normalmente, essas alega\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o apenas isso \u2014 falsas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Abaixo est\u00e3o duas alega\u00e7\u00f5es que encontrei recentemente. Se voc\u00ea ouvir qualquer uma delas, pode ter certeza de que est\u00e1 sendo enganado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alega\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 1: t\u00eampera de vidro de 4 mm com consumo de energia abaixo de 1,3 kWh\/m2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entender o que \u00e9 fisicamente poss\u00edvel pode ajudar voc\u00ea a enxergar atrav\u00e9s de alega\u00e7\u00f5es exageradas. A boa not\u00edcia \u00e9 que voc\u00ea n\u00e3o precisa ser um f\u00edsico para fazer isso. \u00a0Basta lembrar da seguinte equival\u00eancia: <strong>1,9 kWh\/m2 para vidro de 4 mm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualquer alega\u00e7\u00e3o de temperar vidro de 4 mm com menos energia do que isso \u00e9 um sinal claro de golpe.<\/p>\n<p>Aqui est\u00e1 um exemplo de uma alega\u00e7\u00e3o real feita por um fabricante de linha de t\u00eampera:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Espessura do vidro: 4 mm<\/li>\n<li>Sa\u00edda de produ\u00e7\u00e3o: 102,4 m2 por hora<\/li>\n<li>Consumo de energia por hora: 130 kWh<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>-&gt; Alega\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> \u2013 Consumo de energia: 1,27 kWh\/m2<\/p>\n<p>O problema \u00e9 que aquecer o vidro da temperatura ambiente para 630 \u00b0C requer pelo menos 1,9 kWh\/m2. \u00a0Este \u00e9 o m\u00ednimo absoluto sem perdas.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>N\u00e3o importa se voc\u00ea est\u00e1 ligando e desligando aquecedores \u2013 ou controlando a convec\u00e7\u00e3o com base em onde o vidro viaja no forno. Uma folha de vidro de 4\u00a0 mm sempre absorver\u00e1 pelo menos 1,9 kWh\/m2, independentemente de como voc\u00ea aquece.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a energia \u00e9 sempre necess\u00e1ria devido \u00e0s perdas de calor e para t\u00eampera e resfriamento, tornando fisicamente imposs\u00edvel atingir um valor menor na pr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Alega\u00e7\u00f5es como a acima contradizem as leis da f\u00edsica.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>O consumo real depende da espessura do vidro, da efici\u00eancia de carga e de qu\u00e3o bem o processo \u00e9 otimizado, mas mesmo em condi\u00e7\u00f5es ideais, o vidro de 4 mm requer pelo menos 2,5\u20133,0 kWh\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p><em>Este <a href=\"https:\/\/www.glastory.net\/pt-br\/tempering-line-consumption\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blog<\/a> fornece alguns outros fatos valiosos sobre o uso de energia da sua linha de t\u00eampera \u2013 e como minimiz\u00e1-lo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Afirma\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 2: A afirma\u00e7\u00e3o de que o consumo de energia da afirma\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 1 foi comprovado<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ver para crer, dizem eles \u2013 mas \u00e0s vezes at\u00e9 isso \u00e9 enganoso.<\/p>\n<p>Se voc\u00ea vir algo que contradiz as leis da f\u00edsica, n\u00e3o pode ser verdade.<\/p>\n<p>Neste caso desta afirma\u00e7\u00e3o, h\u00e1 pelo menos duas raz\u00f5es poss\u00edveis para medi\u00e7\u00f5es imprecisas ou enganosas:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Medir apenas uma \u00fanica carga em um forno pr\u00e9-aquecido<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Com as configura\u00e7\u00f5es de receita adequadas e se o forno e suas estruturas j\u00e1 estiverem quentes, uma \u00fanica carga de vidro pode de fato ser aquecida com o m\u00ednimo de energia adicional. Sob essas circunst\u00e2ncias, o forno opera em seu estado mais eficiente em termos de energia, tornando-o o momento ideal para medi\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Este cen\u00e1rio cria uma ilus\u00e3o de baixo consumo de energia. Em condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, no entanto, o forno sempre precisa compensar o calor absorvido pelo vidro.
