Este primeiro epis\u00f3dio \u00e9 dedicado ao fen\u00f4meno da neblina branca<\/em> \u2013 <em>um dos assuntos mais questionados na hist\u00f3ria do #AskGlaston.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, vamos primeiro recapitular o que \u00e9 a n\u00e9voa branca. As manchas brancas turvas podem ser poeira, res\u00edduos de rolos ou deforma\u00e7\u00f5es reais causadas por uma press\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica muito forte entre o vidro e os rolos.<\/p>\n<p>A n\u00e9voa branca pode ser causada por v\u00e1rios motivos e pode ocorrer de v\u00e1rias formas diferentes. Talvez o tipo mais comum de n\u00e9voa branca seja uma longa faixa no centro do vidro. Mas tamb\u00e9m pode ocorrer perto das extremidades, nos cantos ou em todo o vidro com vagas \u00e1reas turvas ou algumas listras ou marcas repetitivas.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 agora, tem sido dif\u00edcil detectar a n\u00e9voa branca e definir objetivamente sua gravidade. Sempre dependeu do observador. Portanto, uma nova abordagem para lidar com essa quest\u00e3o foi exigida pelo mercado \u2013 tirando a parte subjetiva da equa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>E aqui est\u00e1! Pela primeira vez, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para fazer o julgamento automaticamente.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Desenvolvimento de solu\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>A primeira etapa no desenvolvimento da solu\u00e7\u00e3o foi criar um sistema que pudesse produzir de forma confi\u00e1vel uma imagem de n\u00e9voa branca para cada folha de vidro processada em uma linha de t\u00eampera. Esse desenvolvimento foi feito em conjunto com a Softsolution, que projetou um scanner capaz de fornecer uma imagem de n\u00e9voa branca de alta qualidade e alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A segunda etapa no processo de desenvolvimento foi definir como classificar e categorizar qualquer neblina branca detectada. Para isso, os processadores de vidro foram convidados a trabalhar juntos no projeto e avan\u00e7ar em dire\u00e7\u00e3o a um padr\u00e3o comum da ind\u00fastria de vidro para n\u00e9voa branca.<\/p>\n<p>Hoje, com base em anota\u00e7\u00f5es humanas e rede neural avan\u00e7ada, a solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 capaz de agrupar a n\u00e9voa branca em tr\u00eas categorias diferentes \u2013 leve, m\u00e9dia e forte. No entanto, este \u00e9 apenas o come\u00e7o do trabalho de desenvolvimento. O sistema tamb\u00e9m permite que os usu\u00e1rios definam quais categorias, dimens\u00f5es e locais de neblina branca s\u00e3o aceit\u00e1veis para sua produ\u00e7\u00e3o e ajustem o uso do scanner com base em suas pr\u00f3prias necessidades de f\u00e1brica.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o scanner \u00e9 integrado diretamente ao sistema de controle da linha de t\u00eampera plana da Glaston.
