Sucede en el horno.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan nuestra experiencia, el motivo m\u00e1s habitual del astillado de los bordes en el proceso de templado es que el vidrio se dobla durante el proceso de calentamiento, de modo que los bordes se doblan hacia abajo. Entonces estos bordes golpean los rodillos mientras oscilan. El impacto en el rodillo causa el astillado en el borde. Para reducir o evitar el astillado, trate de mantener el vidrio plano durante el calentamiento.
