La raz\u00f3n es que cuando se est\u00e1n calentando estas grandes placas de vidrio de baja emisividad, el vidrio tiende a calentarse m\u00e1s por los lados que por la parte central. Cuando esto ocurre, tiene que sobrecalentar el vidrio o el vidrio se convierte en biestable tras el templado. La forma de evitar esto es tener un buen perfilado transversal y longitudinal para calentar el vidrio m\u00e1s por el centro que por los lados.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos hornos de templado sofisticados hacen esto autom\u00e1ticamente, pero aun as\u00ed se debe prestar especial atenci\u00f3n al perfilado.<\/p>\n<p>Este fen\u00f3meno es realmente el mismo que cuando est\u00e1 calentando la sopa en un microondas. Todo el mundo sabe que la sopa se calienta mucho por los bordes y que el centro sigue fr\u00edo, algo muy molesto. Y la raz\u00f3n es que el microondas no tienen ning\u00fan perfilado, por lo que los bordes siempre se calentar\u00e1n m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hay que tener en cuenta para el endurecimiento por calor de vidrio de 12 mm en un horno muy grande?<\/h4>\n<p>El problema del endurecimiento por calor de vidrios gruesos es que tiene que usar una presi\u00f3n de enfriamiento muy baja. No importa si su horno es peque\u00f1o o grande, pero tiene que tener una configuraci\u00f3n que le permita tener una presi\u00f3n de enfriamiento lo suficientemente baja.
