Cada vez que cambio el grosor del vidrio necesito usar una demora de carga alta. \u00bfExiste alg\u00fan modo de reducir o eliminar esa demora?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de l\u00edneas de templado antiguas requieren ajustes de temperatura espec\u00edficos en funci\u00f3n del grosor del vidrio con el que se trabaja. Desafortunadamente, esto significa que deber\u00e1 asumir esas demoras de carga ya que deber\u00e1 esperar a que la temperatura sea la correcta con cada cambio de vidrio para que se adapte al nuevo grosor.<\/p>\n<p>En l\u00edneas de templado m\u00e1s nuevas y sofisticadas, el control del calor es tan avanzado que se pueden procesar distintos grosores con ajustes de temperatura similares y eliminar por completo las demoras de carga.<\/p>\n<p>Si tiene un horno antiguo y no puede usar siempre la misma temperatura, debe asegurarse de contar con una planificaci\u00f3n de producci\u00f3n tan eficiente como sea posible y producir todos los elementos del mismo grosor a la vez.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Proceso con mucha frecuencia vidrio de 19\u00a0mm. Se rompe en el horno con bastante facilidad. \u00bfQu\u00e9 precauciones debo tomar para evitarlo?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Tenemos tres recomendaciones para usted: En primer lugar, aseg\u00farese de que los bordes de su trabajo est\u00e1n bien lijados (recomendamos lija de diamante).<\/p>\n<p>En segundo lugar, cuando empiece a templar el vidrio, aseg\u00farese de que la temperatura interior es baja, de unos 640 \u2103, y utilice niveles de convecci\u00f3n muy bajos al inicio de la fase de calentamiento.<\/p>\n<p>En tercer lugar, aseg\u00farese de que el vidrio con el que est\u00e1 trabajando no est\u00e1 fr\u00edo.
