Mientras las placas de vidrio sigan creciendo y la demanda de triple IG siga aumentando, la necesidad de aplicaci\u00f3n de espaciadores autom\u00e1ticos ser\u00e1 muy alta. Afortunadamente, la soluci\u00f3n ya existe y lleva bastante tiempo disponible. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Las principales tendencias en el mercado de producci\u00f3n de IG son claras y no sorprenden. El mercado quiere mayor sostenibilidad, automatizaci\u00f3n, calidad y flexibilidad. En concreto, existe una necesidad apremiante de mejorar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de la producci\u00f3n, minimizar el desperdicio y aumentar la productividad. Adem\u00e1s, es vital garantizar un aislamiento duradero y de alta calidad con una eficiencia energ\u00e9tica \u00f3ptima del producto final y, al mismo tiempo, lograr la m\u00e1xima flexibilidad en la producci\u00f3n de diversos productos y geometr\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Los sistemas de producci\u00f3n de IG convencionales (r\u00edgidos o flexibles) simplemente no pueden garantizar todo esto. Sin embargo, la tecnolog\u00eda Thermo Plastic Spacer (TPS <sup>\u00ae<\/sup> ) ofrece una soluci\u00f3n integral.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tecnolog\u00eda de producci\u00f3n Lean IG<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TPS <sup>\u00ae<\/sup> es la soluci\u00f3n que cumple con todos los requisitos de combusti\u00f3n del mundo moderno, aunque se desarroll\u00f3 hace unos 30 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>A diferencia de otros m\u00e9todos, con TPS <sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, el material espaciador se extruye desde el tambor directamente sobre la placa de vidrio con un aplicador completamente autom\u00e1tico para formar una masa densa, homog\u00e9nea y aplicada continuamente. En la producci\u00f3n se utiliza la cantidad justa de material.<\/p>\n<p>Esto minimiza inmediatamente la complejidad del equipo de procesamiento, ya que solo se necesita una l\u00ednea para producir cualquier unidad IG. Se elimina por completo la necesidad de realizar pasos de producci\u00f3n separados, como serrar, doblar, conectar, llenar con desecante y recubrimiento de butilo. Adem\u00e1s, ya no es necesario fabricar un marco, ni su log\u00edstica ni su almacenamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Y gracias a un funcionamiento simplificado y sin interrupciones y al alto nivel de automatizaci\u00f3n, se necesita considerablemente menos mano de obra para ejecutar el proceso. Como resultado, los costes de producci\u00f3n de IG se pueden reducir dr\u00e1sticamente.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la aplicaci\u00f3n TPS <sup>\u00ae<\/sup> es muy sostenible. El espaciador no deja residuos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bf <strong>Por qu\u00e9 elegir<\/strong> <strong>unidades de vidrio aislante<\/strong> TPS <strong><sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>Para los usuarios finales, las ventajas de las unidades TPS <sup>\u00ae<\/sup> IG no son menos valiosas. Consiguen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>P\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda minimizada debido a la baja conductividad y la mayor estanqueidad al gas.<\/li>\n<li>Condensaci\u00f3n muy reducida y mayor confort<\/li>\n<li>Sin molestos reflejos gracias a los espaciadores met\u00e1licos; el color coincide con el marco de la ventana<\/li>\n<li>La m\u00e1s alta calidad IG con una vida \u00fatil casi ilimitada<\/li>\n<li>Tolerancias de espesor m\u00ednimas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requisitos del proceso para la<\/strong> <strong>aplicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> TPS <strong><sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, la aplicaci\u00f3n exitosa de TPS <sup>\u00ae<\/sup> tiene requisitos de proceso espec\u00edficos. Estos son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Platos de vidrio limpios<\/li>\n<li>Temperatura ambiental: 15\u201335 \u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Humedad relativa m\u00e1xima del aire: 75%<\/li>\n<li>Material: Materiales certificados TPS\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>Rango de temperatura del material espaciador: 110\u2013140 \u00b0C (dependiendo del material)<\/li>\n<li>Sistema de dosificaci\u00f3n: Tecnolog\u00eda de bomba de engranajes<\/li>\n<li>Velocidad de aplicaci\u00f3n: hasta 30 m\/min<\/li>\n<li>Ancho del espaciador: 1-20 mil\u00edmetros<\/li>\n<li>Altura del espaciador: 5,8 mm \/ 6,8 mm (para producci\u00f3n de vidrio aislante)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TPS <sup>\u00ae<\/sup> revoluciona la producci\u00f3n de vidrio aislante.
