En este episodio de la serie #AskGlaston Lamination Series, hemos querido demostrar la capacidad de un moderno horno de laminaci\u00f3n de vidrio que cuenta con una avanzada tecnolog\u00eda de convecci\u00f3n dise\u00f1ada para ofrecer precisamente eso.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El laminado de vidrio suele considerarse un proceso bastante complejo. Hay una gran cantidad de variables que hay que tener en cuenta, empezando por la composici\u00f3n del s\u00e1ndwich, el revestimiento del vidrio, la calidad del templado, el tipo de capa intermedia y mucho m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, \u00bfy si decimos que toda la complejidad del laminado de vidrio es cosa del pasado? Un par de pruebas r\u00e1pidas demostradas en este v\u00eddeo lo demuestran bien.<\/p>\n<p>Para la demostraci\u00f3n, el escenario de producci\u00f3n inclu\u00eda la ejecuci\u00f3n de una producci\u00f3n mixta, cambiando de producto a producto.<\/p>\n<p>En el primer lote, se lanza simult\u00e1neamente una producci\u00f3n mixta de 6+6 mm con s\u00e1ndwiches de vidrio transparente y de baja emisividad. Todos se ejecutan con los mismos ajustes, lo que no ser\u00eda posible con ninguna otra tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, sin ning\u00fan tiempo de cambio, se pasa a la producci\u00f3n de vidrios triangulares de 5+5 mm. De nuevo, no se realiza ning\u00fan reajuste mon\u00f3tono de los ajustes.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la calidad de ambos lotes, el aspecto de los productos finales es impecable, y ello con una intervenci\u00f3n m\u00ednima del operario.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo es posible todo esto?<\/p>\n<p>Lo mejor de la tecnolog\u00eda de convecci\u00f3n es que no le importan los revestimientos del vidrio. Significa la misma eficiencia de calentamiento para todos los tipos de vidrio.<\/p>\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, gracias a un sistema de prensado de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n y autoajustable, la fuerza de prensado tambi\u00e9n es la misma, independientemente de la forma o el tama\u00f1o del vidrio. Adem\u00e1s, no es necesario ajustar la configuraci\u00f3n de los rodillos de prensado.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e1sicamente, todo esto permite mezclar lotes muy complejos en una sola carga. Para los operarios, simplifica enormemente el laminado del vidrio. La parte considerable de la intervenci\u00f3n del operario que normalmente ser\u00eda necesaria se hace innecesaria.<\/p>\n<p>En el pr\u00f3ximo episodio, analizaremos lo que realmente se puede conseguir en el laminado de vidrio y veremos hasta d\u00f3nde se pueden llevar los l\u00edmites.
