El problema aparece cuando el vidrio se empa\u00f1a despu\u00e9s de la ducha. F\u00edsicamente, no puedo sentir estas l\u00edneas. \u00bfPuede decirme qu\u00e9 causa este efecto? El vaso de la ducha tiene s\u00f3lo un a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>Al probar mi vidrio templado de 4 mm con una bola de 1 kg cayendo desde una altura de 1 m, el vidrio se rompe. Hice esta prueba para todo tipo de productos dentro de mi horno, y la mayor\u00eda de los vidrios se rompen. \u00bfPodr\u00eda decirme c\u00f3mo puedo mejorar la calidad de mi proceso de templado para que el vidrio pase esta prueba?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"#AskGlaston Episode 56: What causes the streaks in my shower glass?\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/17igVMXq7oc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" class=\"lazyload\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mi ducha tiene rayas en el cristal que suben y bajan. El problema aparece cuando el vidrio se empa\u00f1a despu\u00e9s de la ducha. F\u00edsicamente, no puedo sentir estas l\u00edneas. \u00bfPuede decirme qu\u00e9 causa este efecto? El vaso de la ducha tiene s\u00f3lo un a\u00f1o.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s probable es que el efecto provenga del proceso de templado cuando el vidrio est\u00e1 en contacto con cuerdas de kevlar. En este caso, la superficie del vidrio obtiene diferentes propiedades en las zonas donde el vidrio estaba teniendo este contacto, y la humedad se comporta de manera diferente en estas diferentes zonas. Esto puede verse como l\u00edneas visibles en las condiciones de humedad. Este tipo de diferencias en la superficie se pueden eliminar puliendo o puliendo la superficie del vidrio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Al probar mi vidrio templado de 4 mm con una bola de 1 kg cayendo desde una altura de 1 m, el vidrio se rompe. Y esto se puede hacer aumentando la temperatura del vidrio despu\u00e9s del horno o aumentando la presi\u00f3n de enfriamiento durante el proceso de enfriamiento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Una cosa que hay que tener en cuenta es que la resistencia del vidrio al impacto depende de la cantidad de ara\u00f1azos que tenga en la superficie.
