Selbst ein feiner Kratzer kann zur Ablehnung einer IG-Einheit oder zu kostenintensiver Nacharbeit f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Deshalb sind Glaston IG-Linien mit Luftkissen-Transportb\u00e4ndern ausgestattet \u2013 einem ber\u00fchrungslosen, luftgepolsterten Transportsystem f\u00fcr einzelne Glasscheiben und IG-Einheiten.<\/p>\n<p>Das Konzept ist einfach, aber wirkungsvoll: Gefilterte Luft wird durch \u00d6ffnungen im Transportsystem geblasen und erzeugt ein sanftes Luftpolster, das das Glas leicht anhebt. Es gibt keinen Kontakt mit Rollen, keine Reibung und keine Kratzer.<\/p>\n<p>Jedes Transportsegment ist modular aufgebaut und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen eigenen frequenzgeregelten Antriebsmotor. F\u00fcr gr\u00f6\u00dfere Glasdicken sind st\u00e4rkere Motoren als Upgrade erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n<p>Unsere Standard-Transportgeschwindigkeit betr\u00e4gt heute 60 Meter pro Minute \u2013 25\u202f% schneller als fr\u00fchere Systeme \u2013 bei nahezu gleichem Energieverbrauch.
