Erfahren Sie mehr \u00fcber die Geschichte von TPS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, was diese Technologie auszeichnet und welche neuen Entwicklungen es heute f\u00fcr Isolierglas-Produzenten gibt.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>TPS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> steht f\u00fcr Thermo Plastic Spacer und geh\u00f6rt zur Kategorie der &#8220;Warm Edge&#8221;-Abstandhalter. TPS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> ist jedoch viel mehr als nur ein Akronym. Es steht f\u00fcr eine pr\u00e4zise und robuste Technologie zur Herstellung von Zweifach- bis Vierfach-Isolierglas-Einheiten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Geschichte von TPS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Urspr\u00fcnge von TPS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> gehen auf das Jahr 1994 zur\u00fcck, als der vision\u00e4re Gr\u00fcnder des Unternehmens, Karl Lenhardt, die Notwendigkeit erkannte, die Isolierglas-Produktion zu automatisieren. Bald darauf wurde ein Applikator entwickelt, der den Abstandhalter direkt auf das Glas aufbringt &#8211; erst horizontal und dann vertikal, wie es auch heute noch gemacht wird. Dieses Verfahren revolutionierte die Isolierglas-Produktion, da die manuelle Anbringung von Abstandhaltern \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Gegenw\u00e4rtig sind weltweit mehr als 160 TPS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> IG-Produktionslinien in Betrieb. Bis heute wurden auf diesen Anlagen \u00fcber 100 Millionen TPS\u00ae IG-Einheiten produziert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorteile der TPS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>-Technologie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die TPS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>-Technologie bietet zahlreiche Vorteile. Vor allem k\u00f6nnen alle IG-Einheiten auf einer einzigen Produktionslinie hergestellt werden &#8211; unabh\u00e4ngig von ihrem Format. Dadurch entfallen separate Produktionsschritte wie S\u00e4gen, Biegen, Verbinden, Trockenmittelbef\u00fcllung und Butylbeschichtung. Und dank des hohen Automatisierungsgrads sind f\u00fcr den Prozess nur zwei Bediener erforderlich.<\/p>\n<p>Um die Nachhaltigkeit zu unterst\u00fctzen, stellt TPS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> sicher, dass der richtige Abstandhalter in genau der richtigen Menge und ohne Ausschuss oder Verschnitt produziert wird.<\/p>\n<p>Nicht zuletzt erm\u00f6glicht TPS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> einen unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb durch das spezielle Doppel-Fasspumpensystem, das einen Fasswechsel ohne Unterbrechung des Betriebs erm\u00f6glicht.
